Our Story
How it Started
While working in private equity, our CEO, Austin, met several car wash operators and was impressed by the growth of the subscription model and the industry’s overall direction. He recognized the lack of a tool to fully support this evolving model. Seeing an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the car wash industry, Austin set out to create a platform that would help operators manage every aspect of the customer journey. He brought in his co-founders, Sam and Nic, to develop The Car Wash CRM platform, and the rest is history!

How it's Going
Today, Rinsed is even more than just The Car Wash CRM. In May of 2024, we acquired Ignite Wash, expanding our product set to include Salespath, The Car Wash Salesperson Platform.
Rinsed is currently installed at over 2,500 car washes nationally, helping to manage more than 5 million car wash memberships.
