How does Rinsed pricing work?
Rinsed pricing is offered month-to-month or yearly, whatever makes most sense for your car wash. You can cancel at any time with no fees or penalties. Rinsed charges one flat fee per location.
What features does the fee include?
It includes all the features that currently exist for the respective product and any features we’re planning on launching during the duration of the contract.
How many texts and emails do I get with The Car Wash CRM?
Each car wash location is allotted 2,000 text segments per month with The Car Wash CRM. Additional text segments above the total allotment for the month will be charged at $.02. Credit card decline messages do not count towards the 2,000 text segments per month - these are always free. With The Car Wash CRM, you can send unlimited emails to customers.
What is the length of the contract?
Rinsed offers month-to-month as well as yearly contracts. We work with you to see what works best for your wash.
Why does Rinsed charge an implementation fee?
To get you set up in Rinsed, we integrate with your existing point of sale, which requires technical resources. For Salespath, the implementation fee is reduced to $1200 for each location beyond the first.
What point of sales does Rinsed integrate with?
The Car Wash CRM integrates with DRB SiteWatch, DRB Patheon, Sonny’s, ICS, Micrologic, Washify and AMP. There is no additional hardware required. Salespath integrates with DRB SiteWatch, DRB Patheon, Washify, ICS, Micrologic, Sonny's, NXT, and eGenuity. If your POS is not listed here please reach out to us.
What does the 4% commission from Rinsed forms apply to?
Rinsed charges 4% recurring commission only on net new membership sales that come from a Rinsed form. It does not apply to any existing members or members who sign up using any other method.
How many Salespath tablets are included, and can I purchase additional ones?
Your standard contract includes 2 Salespath tablets per location. If you need additional tablets, they are available for $500 each. If you don't need any tablets, you can receive a 50% discount on the implementation fee.
Are there any specific setup requirements for the Salespath tablets?
Yes, Salespath tablets require a strong and consistent WiFi connection in your pay station or sales area. If outdoor wireless access points haven't been installed, we recommend setting them up for optimal performance.
